Job Title: Business development executive needed urgently
Job Location: Greater Accra
Job Description: - To support the Business Development effort of the company by strengthening existing relationships with clients; prospecting for new clients and/or businesses and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients.
Working with colleagues in Identifying gaps in service and/or product collateral, developing new lead opportunities, undertake desk based research& deliver intelligence that will inform proposition development for both new and existing Markets.
Build, Maintain and increase personal knowledge of company products/services, priority sectors; market trends; and product knowledge for improved effectiveness within a sales function.
Drive in general business development activity where necessary, for example with events, networking, client visits, attending meetings, recording minutes etc.
Develop propositions, presentations and reports, as required by the Business; Maintain current and relevant generic propositions and presentations to drive lead generation activities.
Generate ideas, concepts, and systems for achieving more sales of products and services; Plan, prepare and deliver sales/ business presentations and prepare contracts and bids for the company Ensure the company achieves and maintains a competitive edge; help to develop marketing campaigns that compliment company sales strategies
Manage certain accounts of the company, respond to the needs of customers and manage sales processes Meet and exceed targets that have to do with revenue activities, customer acquisition, profit margin, and general growth of the company
Ensure quality processes and standards in order to take advantage of opportunities as they come, and to acquire new customers
Develop effective working relationships with clients; maintain the CRM database of the company
Qualification and Requirements:
Minimum HND with good experience in business development.
