Job Title: Executive Chef Needed
Job Location: Greater Accra
Job Description: Main Responsibilities:
Oversees the work of the kitchen staff.
Must have adequate knowledge and be able to prepare continental and Chinese dishes and selected local dishes
You would also be involved in the preparation and cooking of food.
Must have worked in a Hotel for at least two years
Planning menus Making sure food is of the right quality and price and is produced on time
Managing stocks of food Controlling a budget and keeping accurate records
Managing health and hygiene procedures.
Organising the staff duty roster
You would typically work shifts, involving early mornings and late nights, including weekends and public holidays.
Qualification and Requirements:
3 years of experience
Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
Familiar with industry’s best practices.
Working knowledge of various Microsoft office suite
