Acting Director-General of the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA), Paul Ansah, says all contracts signed during the administration of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) will be reviewed.
The newly appointed GPHA director said every single project undergo a critical review to ascertain if they are in the interest of the state.
“All agreements, all contracts will be taken a second look at. Where there is the need to review, it will be reviewed, where there is the need to let it go; it will be let go.
So we will look at the totality of all the package of all the projects, and see whether the conditions that are spelt out are entirely in our interest or not.
If they are not, what has to be done to secure the interest of our country better than it is, will be done,” he said.
